On May 25, Bosera Fund issued an announcement stating that Zhang Dong will officially become the general manager of the company from May 24, and Chairman Jiang Xiangyang will no longer serve as the general manager. According to the latest announcement, Zhang Dong's current appointment was reviewed and approved by the fourth interim meeting of the 8th Board of Directors of Bosera Fund in 2024, and will be filed with the Shenzhen Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the China Securities Investment Fund Association in accordance with regulations.
It is worth mentioning that Zhang Dong is a "veteran" of China Merchants Bank and has worked in the bank for nearly 30 years. According to public information, Zhang Dong first worked in Bank of China and worked in China Merchants Bank from June 1994 to May 2024.
